Folegandros does not have an airport. The nearest airport is in Santorini (JTR), from where you can take a ferry to Folegandros. Alternatively, you can fly to Milos (MLO) or Paros (PAS) airport and continue by sea.
Folegandros is a small island with relatively short distances, making it ideal for walking, especially within Chora and along the trails.

The medieval Kastro is the oldest part of Chora, a settlement built to protect residents from pirates. The narrow streets and old houses preserve its historical character intact.
Considered one of the most impressive beaches of Folegandros, with wild beauty, fine pebbles, and crystal-clear turquoise waters. It is accessible by boat from Karavostasi or via hiking.
The second largest settlement on the island, Ano Meria, preserves the traditional agricultural character of Folegandros. Here you will find the Folklore Museum and quaint tavernas with authentic local flavors.
An inaccessible cave on the northeastern side of the island, of particular archaeological interest due to hundreds of carved ancient names on its walls. Access is only by sea, via a special boat.
