What using the platform means.
If you use Travel Planner, you accept that it relies on community content, organization tools, and artificial intelligence functions that help get started, but do not replace your own judgment.
If you do not agree with the terms that follow, it is better not to use the service.
Account and user liability.
Certain features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of access to your account, and activities carried out through it.
Content rules.

- to have the right to use texts, images, and other material you upload.
- to avoid spam, misleading information, and artificial inflation of contributions.
- to respect local communities, users, and cultural contexts.
- not to publish offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
Points system.
- points are awarded based on participation and contribution quality.
- points can be used in platform features where provided.
- points are not money, are not sold, and are not freely transferable.
- the platform may change system values, rules, or restrictions.
Prohibited uses.
- violation of laws or regulations.
- interception, breach, or attempt at unauthorized access.
- manipulation of the points system or community mechanisms.
- use of bots or automation to abuse the platform.
- collection of other users' data without legal basis or consent.
Artificial intelligence and travel recommendations.
Artificial intelligence functions and planning results are provided for assistance. They can be useful, but do not constitute guaranteed or fully verified travel advice.
The user must confirm critical details such as schedules, availability, bookings, costs, transportation, and local rules before relying on them.
Liability limits and changes.
The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or complete accuracy of community or artificial intelligence content.
The platform may change features, rules, and terms of use. Continued use after relevant changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable law.
These terms are governed by Greek and European law, to the extent that it applies to the operation of the project.
