Here we explain what is collected when you use the app, how we use it, and what you can request from us as a user.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for unrelated commercial purposes. We keep what is necessary for app operation, security, community features, and the academic context of the project.
What data we collect.
- account details, such as name and email address.
- profile information you choose to add.
- content you submit, such as suggestions, comments, and reviews.
- usage data, such as pages you open and features you use.
- cookie settings and personalization choices, when provided by you.
- technical device and connection details, when needed for security and operation.
- the queries you type into search, anonymously and without a link to your account, for 90 days.
How we use it.
- for the operation of the account and the platform.
- for generating travel recommendations and planning flows.
- for the points system, notifications, and community features.
- to remember your choices regarding cookies and personalization.
- for improving product quality, stability, and security.
- for academic analysis as part of the thesis project, where necessary.
Sharing and security.
We do not sell, trade, or rent personal data to third parties. To run the service, data passes only through the providers below, and each receives only what it needs:
- Supabase: database, accounts and sign-in.
- Vercel: hosting and anonymous traffic and performance statistics, without cookies.
- Sentry: error tracking, the bug reports you send, and recordings of a share of visits with text and form fields masked.
- Google Gemini: processing trip planning requests and recommendations.
- Mapbox: displaying maps.
- SearchAPI: flight search with the criteria you enter.
- Upstash: caching and request limits for security.
- Resend: sending account and notification emails.
احنا take technical and organizational measures to protect data, but as with any online service, there is no absolute guarantee of zero risk.
User rights.
- to request access to your personal data.

Cookies and personalization.
We use strictly necessary cookies to make the application work and keep it secure. Optional personalization cookies are enabled only if you choose them.
If you give your consent, we can remember interests or previous interactions so that recommendations become more relevant. You can change your choice using the "Cookie preferences" button.
Some settings, such as your list of recent searches and whether you have seen the app tour, are stored only in your browser.
Artificial intelligence and data.
The project uses artificial intelligence tools to organize preferences, design data, and requests. This does not mean that every piece of information is used indefinitely or uncontrollably.
The use of such data is limited to the operation of the service and the research framework of the thesis, with an emphasis on minimization and, where necessary, anonymization.
How long we keep data.
Data is retained as long as necessary for account operation, security, content management, and the purposes described here, unless the law requires otherwise.
Upon completion of the thesis, part of the data may be anonymized for future academic analysis or deleted.
